I am working with a client here in Asia who is owner of a 5 star hotel. They are looking for an investor to lease their Casino. Can anyone suggest me such investors who would like to take the Casino on lease against certain payment monthly (to be decided with negotiation directly with Hotel owner)?

Simon Edhouse - how not to negotiate
Exactly where in Asia is this property located? I have worked with 2 investors who currently own properties in Dubai, USA,and Hong Kong. For a finders fee, to be negotiated, I can refer you to them.
I just called my main investor…he is curious if he can have a
t-shirt or a small souvenir if he does lease the casino. He seems very excited about this opportunity and between you and I …. give him a hat or something to sweeten the deal.
