How can I get a contract for a Venture Capitalist to invest in a business?

I know I can go online but it will be very helpful if someone helped me find a sample contract for the thing I’m looking for. I would want a contract where the Venture Capitalist invests a single sum of money and instead of getting an interest rate, they get a percent of what that money makes, plus the money itself. For example, Lets say someone invests $1,000 dollars in a business. I agree to pay them back that money in 5 months with 15% of what that money helped me make. Sorry this all sounds so confusing.

you are a dick head - he puts questions up about killing babies and then removes them when people report him - look at his answers he has left for other people especially the one about squirrels - if he has’nt already deleted them - he is a vile little man who will get his comeuppance very soon.
